However, we want customers to feel supported. If you experience a technical issue with accessing your files, receiving your product, or using the product as described, please contact us at admin@clearledgerstudio.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds may be considered at our discretion where there is a duplicate purchase, failed delivery, or a technical issue that cannot reasonably be resolved.

Clear Ledger Studio does not provide refunds for change of mind after digital access has been delivered.
